It's not fair to call Peggy a whore just because the boys like her more....
Same to you Heart....Happy Valentine's Day that is.

Bwahahahaha!

Happy V-Day to you, Heart. May your day be full of chocolate or whatever other almost-illicit pleasure you desire.

Damn I love Peggy. : )

Let's hope Peggy got heaps of chocolates too, and doesn't share them with sanctimonious little Viola.Go Peggy! Double the cards next year girl!!

ha ha ha ha ha ah ha hah ahah ahhhhahahahahah: "I'm broke Viola; Peggy got my last dime. Uhhhh...love you girl."

But maybe Viola's card is from the really fabulous guy who'll love her for ever and never let her down, while Peggy's lot are just fickle, unreliable idlers who only want one thing.

Unless Peggy gets paid, she's not a whore but a slut.

Or maybe Viola is frigid.

Viola is (a) crippled by her name; (b) psychologically less developed than Peggy, as shown by her awkward child's in-turned feet stance; (c) has more delicate eyes than Peggy. That Valentine is mine.

Molly,

We are both making assumptions. Yours is that Peggy's valentines are all from boys.

Warts,

Chocolate is only illicit if you steal it, and always good, regardless.

Eslocura,

What's not to love?

Pam,

Now, now, children, it's good to share your goodies with those less fortunate.

How's that for sanctimonious? Oh, my mother would be proud.

Mark,

You are such a bad boy. A really, really bad boy.

I hope Viola kicks your ass good.

Nick,

Still believe in Santa and the Tooth Fairy, do you?

Meno,

How do you manage to be both a pedant and a Freudian psychoanalyst?

You must get very tired. (Kind of like Peggy, except of course we all know that Peggy gives her services away while psychoanalysts are very well paid.)

Cecil,

Well, thank God you took pity on our poor little knock-kneed psychologically immature Viola and threw her a bone. (Oops.) My hero.

What on earth are "delicate eyes?"

Chani,

You shouldn't snort if you expect to receive valentines. I'm just telling you for your own good, dear. Mother is always right.

Jennifer,

Happy Valentine's day to you, and thank you for coming by! The chocolates are in the next room.

Wng,

I heart u 2.

Happy Valentine's Day! I forgot to get chocolates so I gave you an award instead. Please pick it up before I eat it.

And a darn cute whore she is. Poor Viola. Let that be a lesson to her. Happy belated Valentine's Day.

Citizen,

:)

Sister,

My daughter sent it to me and I loved it.

Mariposa,

I'm not sure you want to be revealing that here...or do you?

Calvin,

Chocolate-covered acorns are my very favorites.

Ian,

Poor Viola, my ass. She is going to end up with Nick, who will love her forever, while there is no telling what will become of our Peggy.

Monty,

?????

Maria,

So I've heard. Guess I blew it, so to speak, this time around.

Jocelyn,

So tell us, dearie, did YOU get lots of Valentine's cards?

Scarlett,

My daughter sent me this one. She is an endless source of goodies.

Ah that darn Peggy...she can smile now, but her days are numbered. Thanks for the smile.

Peggy may have loads of Valentines but she's wearing an embarrassingly silly hat. Maybe she wants to be a chef when she grows up.

Anonymous said...

Heh - I am liking this one ;)

No Fool,

ALL our days are numbered. I don't get carloads of valentines anymore.

When I was about Peggy's age, I got three heart-shaped boxes of chocolate from different boys and my parents were scandalized. They needn't have been - I didn't even like chocolate then.

Nick,

Of course. She will be the personal chef I yearned for in my last post.

She could do worse. I will allow her time off to play.

Rhubarb,

:)
